	Welcome to the website operated by the Central Coast MIT Enterprise Forum, a California non-profit corporation (also referred to as "Forum," "us' or "we" herein). This site is maintained as a service to its visitors. By using this website, you, as an individual or as a corporation, partnership, limited liability company, or other legal entity, as the case may be, (also referred to as the "user" herein) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use which also limit your legal rights regarding Forum events, including the Forum's obligations to you if you get injured, or the Forum's rights if your voice and/or image is recrded while attend an event. Please review the following terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you have no right from the Forum to obtain information from, engage in any transactions through or otherwise use this site. Failure to use this site in accordance with the following terms of use may subject you to severe civil and criminal penalties. INTRODUCTION You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement") with respect to this website (the "Site"). This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between The Forum and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the site, the content and products provided by or through the site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the site, and you should review this Agreement prior to each use of the site. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Forum and its respective directors, members, officers, employees, agents, consultants, advertisers, and attorneys, (collectively, "Our Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your use of the Site, any Forum event or violation of this Agreement. NONTRANSFERABLE Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents from the Site is not transferable. COPYRIGHT All portions of the website, including any design, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio, video the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software is protected under federal and international copyright laws. The Forum reserves all of its rights under copyright laws. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of this website for the limited and sole purposes of attending events and obtaining information on or linked from the Site. Any other use of materials on this website, including reproduction for purposes other than those permitted above, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance, without the prior written permission of the Forum is strictly prohibited. INFORMATIONAL STATEMENTS Opinions and information presented or made available at any Forum event or on or through this Site do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the Forum. THE INFORMATION AND OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE, AND THE SITE ITSELF, AND THE FORUM EVENTS, WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT SUCH LIMITATIONS. APPLICABLE LAW The Site can be accessed from different locations around the world and may contain references to the Forum's events, information, services, and products that have not been announced or available where you are located. These references do not imply that the Forum intends to provide such information, services or products where you are located. This Agreement shall be treated as though it were executed and performed in Santa Barbara, California, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws and without giving effect to the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods. The Forum reserves the right to make changes, corrections and modification to any portion or all of its website, including, but limited to these disclaimers, terms and conditions at any time. PRIVACY This Agreement incorporated by this reference all terms and conditions of its Privacy Notice. LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES The Site may now, or hereafter from time to time, contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, investigate, monitor or check such websites, we are not responsible for the computer programs available from, content in or opinions expressed at such websites. MISCELLANEOUS Any cause of action by you or by us against you with respect to the Site, event and membership registration, event attendance, and/or any Forum event (and/or information, documents and other materials received therefrom) must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. All actions shall be subject to the limitations set forth under "Disclaimer" above. The language in this Agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaning and not strictly for or against you or us. You expressly submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Santa Barbara County and the United States District Court for the Central District of California with respect to all matters relating to this Agreement or your use of the Site, and consent to extra-territorial service of process in connection therewith. Should any part of this Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
